PBS for iPhone lets you watch full-length episodes cost-free–supposing you could discover them in a sea of previews and clips.
tablet persons to stream full episodes of community-TV favorites like “American Masters,” “Nova,” and “MotorWeek.”
The application is split in 4 sections: Previews, Floodlight, Plans, and Programs. Almost all of they’re self-understandable; as with the iPad version, the Plans section supplies you with a calendar of present and forthcoming programming from the local PBS station.
Though, unlike the iPad version, that one lacks both search and bookmark features, which is puzzling.
What Is more, along with a PBS rep, the application incorporates more than 3 Hundred hours’ worth of full episodes from different shows, incorporating those noted up top. The trouble is discovering them: even though it is easy enough to surf the Programs listings, you will discover dozens of previews and small clips mixed in with the handful of full-length episodes.
The iPad version has buttons for toggling between previews, shorts, and full episodes, however here you have to troll every single one list in search of runtimes longer than, tell, Thirty seconds or maybe 3 minutes.
It Is tough to criticize about free streaming Television shows, particularly those of the caliber made by PBS, however I do think that application needs some optimizes to 100Per Cent realize its potential. Meantime, PBS Youngsters programming remains MIA, although I Am told a dedicated application for that is in the works. Yay!

Question by Monterey Dreaming: How could I retrieve an iPad application that I obtained on a diverse personal computer?
I have a new iPad and am pretty new to the Apple planet. I Have never applied iTunes before. Anyhow, I obtained a few applications on a separate personal computer. When I attempted to sync them to my iPad, I got a warning message that said it would nuke out all on my iPad if I synced it on my pal’s personal computer. So, I went home and attempted to sync it on my personal personal computer, however the obtained applications are not showing up on my iTunes account. What should I do?
